advance of any preliminary stages due to the tremendous costs involved in
construction of a substation that will be required for future power needs with
the Spokane Valley’s growing population and the type of high technology
loads that will place demand on Vera’s power distribution system. Vera’s Board of Directors and
staff are looking long range in order to be able to assure that there will be
the facilities to serve the electrical needs of Vera’s customers. In
the meantime, the property at
