REPORT A STREET LIGHT OUTAGE
You may report a streetlight outage by emailing the following information:
Customer Name, Address, Account No., Location of Street Light (also location such as NW, SW, SE, SW with reference to corners or intersections) & Phone Number or Email Address please to the following; gail@verawaterandpower.com
(Please report traffic light outages to Crime Check at 509-456-2233. They will contact the proper agency to alert them of the need for repair.)
Vera Water & Power's Electric Department normally performs maintenance and repairs to street lighting on Friday's unless there is an emergency outage in the District.
Thanks for your assistance in reporting the problem with a street light. We rely on you to advise us of problems you notice with street lights after dark.
