Ways to pay
You can use online services to set up one-time or recurring payments to pay your monthly bills, such as our online payment system or your bank’s online bill pay service.
Payments can be made using Visa, MasterCard or American Express, or your personal checking account.
If you set up monthly payments through your bank, please be sure to include your Vera account number on your bill pay information and allow up to seven days for the payment to reach us.
If you are a new customer and would like to sign up for online payments, please call us to receive your account number.
Browser problems with your online payments?
Using the most up-to-date internet browser helps to keep your data safer. New changes to security settings on some internet browsers mean you will have to update your browser to log onto your Vera online billing account. This is to provide you with an extra layer of security and is necessary to maintain payment card industry compliance. You can test your browser by validating it on SSL Lab's website.

Pay by phone
Please call 888-774-8272 to make a payment. Our office is open from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, except holidays.
Pay in person
You can pay by cash, check, money order, and credit or debit card in our office, located at 601 N. Evergreen Rd. Our office is open from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, except holidays.
Pay by mail
You can pay by check or mail order through USPS. Please mail your payment to PO Box 630, Spokane Valley, WA 99037.
Average Payment Plan (APP)
APP assists you with your monthly bill. It allows you to pay the same amount each month. Call our office at (509) 924-3800 for information on how you can start an APP plan. Use this form to sign up.
Drive-up drop box
A drive-up drop box located in our office parking lot, located at 601 N. Evergreen Rd., is available 24-hours per day. Payments dropped off in the drop box before 9 a.m. will be posted on the same business day.
